The continuous high-temperature brazing furnace mainly consists of a storage tank, flux spray drying, drying furnace, front chamber, brazing furnace, water-cooled chamber, rear chamber, air-cooled chamber, transmission and electrical control of each section, and intake and exhaust pipes.

The continuous aluminum brazing furnace has the following characteristics:

1. The surface of the spray body is passivated for a beautiful appearance and good flux recovery effect, which can effectively prevent the accumulation of flux in the spray room. Cleaning is also very convenient and can effectively blow away excess flux residue on the surface.

3. Yiran Environmental Protection Brazing Furnace adopts a full fiber structure, surrounded by cotton. After long-term verification and consideration, it has good insulation performance, fast response speed, low heat storage capacity, good insulation performance, and no impact on expansion;

4. The slag cleaning chamber of the brazing furnace is equipped with a nitrogen preheating system. Due to the high temperature in the slag cleaning chamber, the flue gas waste heat recovery system can fully utilize the flue gas waste heat to preheat the combustion air, resulting in low heat loss and indirectly reducing the energy consumption lost by the brazing furnace due to nitrogen heating;

5. Energy saving design, nitrogen loss mainly occurs at the inlet and outlet, and the two sides of the furnace are more tightly connected to the metal curtain. The metal curtain may curl after long-term use, blocking nitrogen overflow;

6. Fully automatic electrical control system, Yiran PLC intelligent control system, preset manual and automatic two disturbance free switching modes, capable of preparing accurate temperature curves for each zone, programmable control of the brazing furnace, and convenient setting of the required heating time to protect the furnace core. The touch screen can monitor faults in various circuits, motors, temperature control, and frequency converters in real time, detect and alarm them in a timely manner.
