The ultra-low emission requirement is that the smoke and dust content in the exhaust should be less than 10mg/Nm ³, and the sulfur oxide content should be less than 35mg/Nm ³; The concentration of nitrogen oxides should be below 50mg/Nm ³.

Flue gas desulfurization system: The denitrification system often adopts a combination of low NOx burners and SCR catalysts. This type of system has mature technology and reliable operation. Compared with conventional power plants that perform super emission, the main difference in the denitrification system lies in the number of layers of SCR catalyst filling. The renovation project can directly change the original multi-layer catalyst to full filling. After the transformation, the system has high denitrification efficiency and can meet the industry requirement of ultra clean NOx emissions<50mg/Nm ³.

Flue gas denitrification system: For newly built units, it is possible to choose to retrofit the existing absorption tower with a flue gas uniform distribution efficiency device, without changing the diameter, height, and volume of the absorption tower slurry pool, without increasing the circulation pump. By adding measures such as a flue gas uniform distribution efficiency device, the desulfurization efficiency is high and meets the industry requirement of ultra-low emissions of sulfur dioxide<35mg/Nm ³.

Flue gas dust removal system: Various combinations of low and low temperature electrostatic precipitators, rotating plate electrostatic precipitators, high-frequency electrostatic precipitators, high-efficiency dust removal and desulfurization devices, and wet electrostatic precipitators can be selected for flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal to meet the emission requirements of ultra-low emissions of PM<5mg/Nm ³ in flue gas.
