Yiran Environmental ProtectionContinuous high-temperature brazing furnaceThe equipment is a specialized device for continuous brazing and bright annealing of iron-based workpieces, copper based workpieces, and stainless steel workpieces under the protective atmosphere of hydrogen nitrogen mixture purified by ammonia decomposition equipment. Its main purpose is continuous brazing and bright treatment of iron-based workpieces, copper based workpieces, and stainless steel workpieces.
1. Components of Continuous High Temperature Brazing Furnace: Yiran Environmental Protection Continuous High Temperature Brazing Furnace consists of a feeding section, preheating section, heating furnace body, cooling section, discharging section, electrical control system, and ammonia decomposition furnace;
2. Working principle: Metal workpieces are driven by stainless steel mesh belts. The workpieces are placed on the mesh belts and enter from the inlet of the preheating section. They are transported through the mesh belts and undergo preheating, melting and heating of the brazing material, and cooling. The workpiece discharged from the cooling section of the continuous high-temperature brazing furnace is protected by hydrogen gas inside the furnace. Due to the reducibility of hydrogen gas, the surface of the product is bright and does not oxidize. Workpiece welding involves heating the workpiece to melt the filler material through brazing, and using capillary action to fill the gaps between the base materials with liquid brazing material. After cooling, the welding purpose is achieved.
3. Workflow: Yiran Environmental Protection Continuous High Temperature Brazing Furnace Manual Loading → Mesh Belt Transmission → Preheating Section → Solder Melting Heating Section → Cooling Section → Manual Unloading;
