ANA-TBR1000Copper foil softness testerDesigned according to relevant regulations such as GB/T 8942 "Determination of Paper Softness", ASTM D2923 "Standard Test Method for Hardness of Polyolefin Film and Thin Plate", and TAPPI T498 "Special Testing Instrument for Non woven Fabric Softness", and referencing the Handle-O-Meter testing principle in the United States, it is used for material performance characteristic testing and quality control in electronic component manufacturing. It is an industrial electronic information material process quality testing equipment.


Test Principle

Under specified conditions, press a 100 * 100mm specimen into a narrow slit to a certain depth. The instrument records the vector sum of the specimen's bending resistance and the frictional force between the specimen and the slit, which is called the specimen's softness. The smaller the instrument reading, the softer the specimen.
