Experimental principle

Install the pipe or profile to be tested on the workbench, adjust the height of the sample so that the upper surface of the sample is exactly at the lower edge of the photoelectric system; Select the hammer head and weight according to the national standard requirements, and combine the impact hammer well; Adjust the height of the electromagnetic adsorption system by ascending and descending, and hang the hammer; Point experiment; The impact hammer is dropped from a high place, and the rupture of the pipe or profile is observed. If one or less of them meets the impact resistance standards, it indicates that the impact resistance of the pipe or profile is up to standard. If more than one of them meets the impact resistance standards, it indicates that the impact resistance is not up to standard.
