Overview

1) The DHG type sliding wire (conduit) is composed of an engineering plastic shell and different numbers of copper bars. The shell has a dual function of insulation protection and providing a walking track for the current collector.

2) The DHGJ type sliding wire (conduit) is composed of an aluminum alloy shell and a copper bar. The copper busbar is installed in a groove plate made of engineering plastic, which serves as insulation. The aluminum alloy shell provides protection for the walking track and internal mechanism of the current collector.

5: Collector

A collector is a device that transfers electrical energy from a sliding wire (conduit) to electrical equipment through sliding contact. JD type is suitable for DHG type sliding wire, JDA type is suitable for DHGJ type sliding wire.

8: Precautions for installation of sliding wire

Sliding line installation:

1) Determination of installation location
a. Close to the transmission position and installed on the same side of the electrical equipment.
b. Stay away from areas with strong vibrations and try to avoid areas with high temperatures and heat sources.
c. Pay attention to the convenience of maintenance.
2) Choose the appropriate suspension method
Select the appropriate suspension bracket model and size based on the on-site situation;
The standard length for suspension spacing is 1200mm. The maximum length should not exceed 20000mm;
3) Installation precautions
a. According to the installation diagram, determine the positions of the power supply section, expansion section, and other functional sections, and number them according to their installation positions.
b. Install the first sliding wire. A fixed suspension must be used to suspend it as a reference for straightening the entire line.
c. When installing the sliding wire (conduit), its parallelism with the centerline of the running track of the electrical equipment should not exceed 1.5mm/1000mm. The subsequent installation of sliding wires should ensure that the straightness with the first sliding wire and the straightness with the running track of the electrical equipment are not greater than 1.5mm/1000mm.
d. For DHGJ type sliding wires, it is necessary to effectively ensure good grounding performance for each sliding wire.
e. After installation, the entire line should be rechecked. When the installed sliding wire (conduit) is not used as a calibration reference, a floating suspension clamp can be used for replacement.
f. Check the safety installation status to ensure that the parallelism between the entire line and the electrical equipment track, as well as the straight line of the sliding line (conduit) itself, is not greater than 15mm.
g. Installation of the collector stack. Pay attention to matching the length of the conduit with the length of the legs.
h. Perform power on operation after Zui, and immediately solve any problems found.
