The Anlis cyanide wastewater photocatalytic advanced oxidation device ensures equipment safety and stability, improves efficiency, and reduces costs through real-time monitoring of operating parameters. The system utilizes a powerful database to intelligently analyze the effectiveness of water quality treatment and flexibly adjust operating conditions to adapt to changes in water quality. Suitable for treating high difficulty wastewater in fields such as petrochemicals, fine chemicals, organosilicon, coatings, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, electroplating, electronics, industrial parks, etc.
Design and advantages
1. For advanced photochemical oxidation reactors, high-intensity, high light energy density, and high transmittance reactors are used to ensure effective output of ultraviolet radiation.
2. The reactor flow channel is ingeniously designed and controlled by the water flow layer, unaffected by water color and turbidity.
3. By combining CFD simulation technology with practical applications, the high-speed swirling flow ensures the optimal reaction conditions for the diffusion boundary layer.
Advanced oxidation technology can also be combined with other wastewater treatment technologies to form a joint treatment process. For example, combining advanced oxidation technology with biological treatment technology can first use advanced oxidation technology to convert recalcitrant organic matter in wastewater into small molecule substances that are easy to biodegrade, and then use biological treatment technology for deep treatment.
