1、 Overview
D-type pump is a single suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump used for conveying clean water and liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. The conveying medium temperature does not exceed 80 ℃, and it is suitable for water supply and drainage in factories, mines, cities, and rural areas.
DG type pump is a single suction multi-stage segmented boiler feed pump, which is an updated product of GC type boiler feed pump. The conveying medium temperature does not exceed 105 ℃, and it is suitable for various medium and low pressure boiler feed water or similar hot water conveying occasions.
DM type pump is a single suction multi-stage segmented mining centrifugal pump, which is a modified design based on the D-type pump. Adopting a balanced drum structure to balance axial force, it can transport liquids with impurities less than 1% and particle size less than 0.1 millimeters. Changing the material of the flow passage components can pump weak acid or weak alkali liquids. The maximum temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 80 ℃. Suitable for water supply and drainage in various mines, various sugar factories, steel mills, paper mills, etc.
DF type pump is a single-stage multi-stage corrosion-resistant pump used for conveying corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+105 ℃. The allowable inlet pressure of the pump is less than 0.6MPa. Mainly used in the fields of chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, light industry, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, seawater desalination, offshore oil extraction, and mining.
DW type pump is a micro pressure labyrinth sealed energy-saving multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump. It is an innovative design by Yuanda Water Pump Energy saving Co., Ltd. and a centrifugal pump successfully developed through experiments with our factory. This pump combines manufacturing technology in the Chinese pump industry, focusing on improving pump volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency to enhance pump efficiency and achieve energy-saving goals. This series of pumps complies with the JB/T1051-1993 "Types and Basic Parameters of Multi stage Clean Water Centrifugal Pumps" standard, adopts excellent hydraulic models, and is efficient and energy-saving; Low vibration and noise; The shaft seal adopts packing sealing, and different packing materials can be supplied according to user requirements. Used for conveying clear water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a conveying medium temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, suitable for water supply and drainage in factories, mines, cities, and rural areas.
