1、 Overview

The KBU engineering plastic centrifugal pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction, and bracket type centrifugal pump, carefully designed by our factory based on the advantages of corrosion-resistant non-metallic centrifugal pump structures at home and abroad. The overcurrent components are made of the world's novel engineering plastic ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). In terms of corrosion resistance, it is not only the same as F4 and F46, but also has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. The sealing of the pump adopts various forms such as mechanical seal, power seal, and self-adjusting seal according to different working conditions. It can transport both acidic and alkaline clear liquids, as well as slurry containing solid particles and wastewater containing impurities. Especially in the transportation of corrosive liquids containing fine particles and the transportation of hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acids, electrolytes, salt solutions, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, etc., it exhibits excellent performance. This series of pumps is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 90 ℃. After replacing the impeller and pump body with other engineering plastics such as PVDF and F46, the applicable temperature can reach 120 ℃.
