Purpose:

The battery constant temperature testing cabinet is specifically designed to be used for charging, discharging, and aging tests of blue or new Wei lithium batteries. It is mainly used as a battery tester to test the constant voltage, constant current, or charging and discharging of lithium battery products, providing a long-term and reliable constant temperature testing environment.

1The box is made of high-pressure polyurethane molding, which has excellent insulation performance and is sturdy and reliable.

2. The exterior of the box is treated with high-quality cold-rolled steel plate spray coating, and the interior is made of brushed stainless steel inner liner. The spacing between the shelves inside the box is adjustable.

3. Using branded compressors and environmentally friendly fluorine free refrigerant (R134a), high efficiency, low energy consumption, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

4. Microcomputer PID control, precise and reliable temperature control, minimal fluctuations, with timing function, 0-9999 minutes of timing time.

5. SMOOTH's overall air duct uniformity system provides more precise temperature control.

6. Independent temperature limit alarm system, dual temperature limit protection (± 4 ℃ and upper limit 70 ℃), automatically interrupts when the temperature limit is exceeded.

7. Reserved printer or RS485 interface, can connect printer and computer, record temperature change parameters. (Optional)

8. The box is equipped with wire holes for external testing signal lines.

9. Self diagnostic function, automatic monitoring of faults throughout the process, and intuitive indication of fault codes.

10. Equipped with a battery specific bracket.
