The crushed material enters the grading area, where qualified materials are selected in a timely manner by the classifier and collected in the lower level products. Materials that do not meet the fineness requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing area, and products with different fineness requirements are produced by adjusting the speed of the grading turbine. The speed control is achieved by adjusting the classifier frequency converter, which is convenient and reliable The fineness of crushing can be adjusted. The crushing chamber can be cooled using a water-cooled jacket according to the properties of the material, and thermal crushing can be carried out using insulation materials.

It can be connected to a classifier to form a production line for online multi-stage classification and extraction of materials.
