This model adopts advanced grading rotor design, which can grade spherical, sheet-like, and needle shaped particles. The product particle size is infinitely adjustable, with high grading efficiency and accurate cutting points.

A multi-stage classification system is composed of multiple white split classifiers connected in series, which are divided into several particle size segments with extremely narrow distribution according to the size of the material. The optimized vertical single rotor impeller and horizontal multi rotor impeller structure design can be combined with ball mills and other crushers to form a closed-loop crushing and classification operating system, making the processing equipment of ultrafine powder more reasonable and economical. Flammable, explosive, and easily oxidizable materials can be classified under inert gas protection.
