DMC standalone pulse dust collectorThe working principle is that the dusty gas enters the box through the air inlet, and the purified gas filtered by the filter bag is directly sucked in and discharged by the fan. As the filtration time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and gradually reducing the processing air volume. In order to work normally, the resistance must be controlled within a certain range, and the filter bag must be cleaned. During cleaning, the pulse controller sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag instantly passes through the pulse valve and is sprayed into the filter bag through various holes of the spray pipe. The filter bag expands rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off and regenerate. The cleared dust and ash hopper are discharged through the ash discharge valve. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust removal system.
The DMC series single machine pulse bag filter is widely used in mining, electric furnace smelting, machinery manufacturing, chemical products, cement building materials, grain processing and other industrial and mining enterprises for dust removal of warehouse roofs, warehouse bottoms, belt conveyors and local dust sources. It has the advantages of small size, large air processing capacity, compact structure, and easy use. The structure mainly consists of a fan, a box, an ash discharge device, a control system, etc., all of which are placed inside a circular steel plate welded box. It is painted for rust prevention, has a beautiful appearance, a scientific structure, and is easy and reliable to operate. The lower part of this unit is directly connected to dust removal equipment such as warehouse roofs, silos, and belt conveyors with flanges for on-site dust removal, and the dust is directly recovered.
