The offline dust cleaning pulse bag filter is particularly suitable for air purification of fine, lightweight, and viscous dust particles. Effectively solving the problem of "dust reattachment and loss of control" in conventional pulse bag filters, greatly improving the cleaning effect of filter bags, increasing filtration speed, saving cleaning energy consumption, and extending filter bag life, it is a unique technical product of Changxin Source Machinery with distinctive features. Among them, large and medium-sized offline dust cleaning pulse dust collectors are suitable for dust removal of furnace flue gas, outdoor placement. Small offline dust cleaning pulse dust collectors are generally suitable for dust removal during ore crushing, crushing, screening, and transportation processes, and indoor placement.
The working principle of the offline dust cleaning pulse dust collector: Dust containing air enters the ash hopper of each compartment through the inlet air flow pipe of the dust collector and is guided by the ash hopper guide device. Large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, while finer dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. Clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through various offline valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtration process progresses, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag. When the equipment resistance reaches the limited resistance value, the cleaning control device automatically closes the offline valve of one room according to the differential pressure setting value or cleaning time setting value. Then, the electronic pulse valve is opened according to the set program to stop air blowing, causing a sudden increase in pressure inside the filter bag. The dust on the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharge machinery.
The main structure of the offline dust cleaning pulse bag filter consists of four parts: the box body, bag chamber, ash hopper, and air inlet and outlet, and is equipped with pillars, stairs, railings, compressed air pipeline system, dust cleaning control mechanism, etc.
(1) Box body
The box is mainly used to fix the dust removal skeleton, filter bags, and air path components, and is made into a fully enclosed form. When cleaning dust, compressed air first enters the box and then rushes into the interior of each filter bag. There is a manhole access door at the top, where the installation and replacement of bag cages and dust filter bags are all carried out conveniently. Depending on the specifications, the box is divided into several compartments, each separated by steel plates and not breathable, to achieve offline dust cleaning. Each room is equipped with a lift valve to switch the filtered airflow.
(2) Bag room
The bag chamber is located at the lower part of the box, mainly used to accommodate bag cages and dust removal bags, and forms a filtering space. The purification of flue gas is mainly carried out here. Like the box, it is also divided into several chambers according to different specifications, and separated by partitions to prevent mutual interference between the chambers during dust cleaning, while forming a certain settling space.
(3) Ash bucket
The ash hopper is arranged at the lower part of the bag chamber. In addition to storing the collected dust, it also serves as an intake manifold (lower intake method). When the dusty gas enters the bag chamber, it first enters the ash hopper. Due to the large volume of the ash hopper, the airflow velocity decreases, and the change in airflow direction separates the coarser dust particles here. The lower part of the ash hopper is equipped with conveying equipment such as screw conveyors or air chutes, and the outlet is also equipped with air locking devices such as rotary unloaders or flap valves, which can continuously discharge ash.
(4) Air inlet and outlet
The air inlet and outlet are divided into two types according to the structural form of the dust collector. One type is that the air outlet is arranged at the lower part of the box, on the side of the bag chamber, and is connected to the inside of the box through the lifting valve plate hole. The other series of air inlet and outlet are integrated and arranged between the side of the bag chamber, the box and the ash hopper. A diagonal partition is used in the middle to separate two parts that are not breathable to each other, namely the air inlet and the air outlet. Although this structural form has a larger volume, the airflow distribution is uniform, and the pre dust removal effect in the ash hopper is good. It is suitable for use in situations where the dust concentration in the flue gas is high.
