1、 Scope of use
Pilot piston stainless steel solenoid valve is an actuator used in industrial process automation control systems. It can automatically open or close upon receiving electrical control signals, achieving control over the on/off or flow regulation of liquid media in pipelines. Stainless steel solenoid valves are mainly used for controlling liquid media such as corrosive liquids, ultra clean liquids, and edible liquids.

Note: 1. Before installing the solenoid valve, impurities and welding slag in the pipeline must be cleaned to avoid leakage inside the valve body.
2. The solenoid valve can only be installed horizontally under normal working conditions, and it needs to be explained in advance when installed vertically.
3. After the installation of the solenoid valve is completed, it should be operated several times before it can be put into use.

1. Please specify the model, nominal diameter, nominal pressure, working medium, working pressure difference, medium temperature, power supply voltage and power, and medium viscosity when placing an order.
2. If the opening time of the valve exceeds 12 hours/day, please choose a normally open solenoid valve. When used in explosive environments, please choose explosion-proof solenoid valves.
