Product Introduction

Working principle: This series of solenoid valves is a direct acting valve. When not powered, the main valve port is closed due to the weight of the moving iron core and the force of the spring. When the solenoid valve coil is energized, the coil generates magnetic force. The moving iron core is attracted by the electromagnetic force, overcomes its own weight and the resistance of the spring, and rises, driving the valve stem to move upward and directly open the main valve port, forming a passage; After power failure, the movable iron core moves downward under the action of spring force, and the valve stem is subjected to downward pressure to close the main valve port, causing the valve port to cut off flow. The solenoid valve is in a closed state (the opposite is true for normally open valves).

Features: The fluid pressure range is limited and can be installed freely (customized), but it must meet the fluid pressure difference conditions. Tracing back to the development history of solenoid valves, so far, solenoid valves at home and abroad can be divided into three major categories in principle (namely: direct acting, step-by-step direct acting, and pilot operated).
