DSZ type dust humidifier

The DSZ dust humidifier is a device that sprays water to stir and mix powdered materials. Mainly used under dust collectors in thermal power plants, it can also be used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, mining, and building materials. By controlling the amount of water added, the appropriate humidity requirements have been achieved.

The DSZ dust humidifier has the characteristics of large processing capacity, compact structure, technology, stability, and simple maintenance. Dust humidifiers are divided into single axis dust humidifiers, double axis dust humidifiers, vertical dust humidifiers, and horizontal dust humidifiers. They are a type of equipment. Dust humidifiers are generally installed in the ash silo and lower part of the ash hopper. The star shaped unloader (electric air lock) evenly inputs the dry powder ash into the machine. The directional operation of the ratchet disperses the dry powder ash and forcibly mixes it with a limited amount of water (adjustable water volume). After reaching the predetermined humidity, the material is pushed to the discharge port through a spiral conveyor belt to solve the problem of secondary dust.
