Structural characteristics and applications of water sealed gate valves:

1. The middle flange bolt connection is adopted, and the two ends of the branch pipe are connected by flange or butt welding.
2. The stuffing box is designed as a water sealed structure, connected with 0.6-1.6Mpa water packing, with low friction and good sealing, which can isolate the system from the atmosphere and ensure good air tightness.
3. The opening and closing components adopt dual gate bi-directional elastic sealing, which is easy to open and close, reliable in sealing, and has good performance.
4. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and wear resistance.
5. Simple structure, compact and reasonable, easy maintenance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
6. The valve must be in the fully open or fully closed position and cannot be used as a regulating valve.

Ordering Notice:
