DW-1 row seamless sliding contact line
Seamless sliding contact wire, produced using technology, with 3, 4, and 6 poles seamless sliding contact wire. It has * power-off, oxygen free copper power supply, voltage drop force, excellent conductivity, good contact, easy installation, less wear and tear, easy replacement, more convenient transportation, less likely to cause damage to the sliding contact wire, and extends its service life.

The quality of the safety sliding contact line can be constant according to the following standards:
1. Carbon brush service life - belongs to consumables, and the driving distance affects the equipment maintenance cycle.
2. Quality of sliding contact wire shell - applicable temperature, environment, etc.
3. Expansion problem of sliding contact line - when the length exceeds 100 meters, expansion problem should be considered.
4. Voltage drop issue - voltage drop varies depending on the length of various copper bars.
Rigid body safety sliding contact wire: used for high current equipment, with a current of up to several thousand amperes.
Tube type sliding contact wire: Combined according to different numbers of poles, the current can also reach kiloamperes.

The safety sliding contact wire is used to supply power to moving equipment and consists of two parts: the sliding guide rail (fixed part, connected to the power supply, and the constant guide rail is connected by a single length of 4m/piece or 6m/piece), and the collector (sliding part, can slide on or inside the sliding track and contact with the copper strip for power supply, and the collector is used to connect with the mobile motor).
Commonly used are safety sliding contact wires (tubular, enclosed), single pole combination sliding contact wires, rigid body sliding contact wires, multi-stage tubular safety sliding contact wires, seamless safety sliding contact wires, cable safety sliding contact wires, I-beam cable pulleys, etc. There have been significant improvements in protection level and insulation, making them safe and reliable.

1、 Product Structure: The sliding contact wire is composed of guide rails, sheaths, collectors, hangers, connectors, fixing clips, end caps, etc. It can also be equipped with expansion sections (thermal compensation devices), maintenance sections (isolators), etc. according to user requirements.
2、 Guide rail and sheath: The guide rail is made of aluminum alloy profiles with good conductivity and strong environmental adaptability (grade 6063, status T5). The lower part of the guide rail is embedded with a "V" - shaped stainless steel groove to ensure wear resistance, stability, and good contact of the collector brush when sliding along the groove.
The guide rail is generally fixed to a length of 6 meters. The sheath is composed of engineering plastics with toughness, abrasion resistance, anti-aging and flame retardancy, which has a good insulation protection effect on the guide rail and ensures personal safety.
3、 Collector: The collector is a supporting structure and is the main component that supplies power to mobile devices. Composed of specially designed carbon brushes, terminal posts or terminals, plastic covers, support arms, etc. Apply appropriate contact pressure, slide smoothly along the guide rail, and supply power to the equipment. When the equipment needs maintenance, the carbon brush of the collector can be pulled away from the guide rail to cut off the power, ensuring safety and facilitating operation.
4、 Connector (also serving as a power supply): The connector is the end connection between guide rails, reliably connected by pressure plates and bolts, and the housing is made of engineering plastic as a protective cover. A protective cover that also serves as a power supply, with a port for introducing power supply lines, and is fastened together with the connector pressure plate and bolts.
5、 Hanger, fixator, and end cover: Hanger is a component used for lifting and fixing sliding contact wire guide rails. A fixator is a device that limits the guide rail to the bracket. When the guide rail expands or contracts due to temperature changes, it guides it to extend towards both sides of the fixator. The end caps are installed at both ends of the guide rail to provide insulation and protection. The hanger and end cap are both made of engineering plastic.
6、 Expansion section (thermal compensation device): Expansion section, also known as expansion joint, thermal compensation device, etc., is composed of connector pressure plate, aluminum or copper plate for compensating power supply, lead wire, etc. The shell is made of engineering plastic. When the guide rail expands or contracts due to temperature changes, the gap is adjusted by the expansion joint to avoid deformation of the guide rail. Generally, when the length of the workshop exceeds 200 meters, a set is configured for every additional 100 meters.
7、 Maintenance section (isolator): The maintenance section is made of connector pressure plates and high-strength insulation materials, and is protected by an engineering plastic shell. According to user needs, it is mainly convenient for maintenance and use of sliding contact lines, mobile devices, etc.
Safe sliding contact line: used in dusty, humid and other environments, can be equipped with dust-proof sealing strips and hand protection (when the sliding contact line is very close to people, hand protection should be provided, such as akapp). The operating speed of the current collector is less than 300 meters per minute.
Single pole combination safety sliding contact line: easy to install, fast speed, up to 500 meters per minute (imported sliding contact line can reach).
Rigid body safety sliding contact wire: used for high current equipment, with a current of up to several thousand amperes.
Tube type sliding contact wire: Combined according to different numbers of poles, the current can also reach kiloamperes.
Acceptance criteria for installation of sliding contact wires
1、 Bracket
1. Anti corrosion treatment should be carried out.
2. Continuous welding is required.
3. Firmly installed, with mounting hole position *.
2、 Bracket spacing
Single line "H" type: ≤ 1.5M below 300A, ≤ 3M above 400A.
Multi line seamless sliding contact type 1.0-1.5M, conduit type 1.0-1.5M, cable pulley type 1.0-2.0M, and the spacing between arc segment supports should be less than 1.0M according to the site conditions.
3、 Hanging ornament
The position is correct, the installation is firm, and the quantity meets the requirements.
4、 Sliding contact line main body
1. The gap between the protective shell and the conductor is ≤ 2mm.
2. Straightness: The allowable deviation from the center height of the track is less than ± 15mm.
3. Straightness: The longitudinal tolerance from the center of the track is less than ± 15mm.
4. Distortion: < 15mm/10m.
5、 Expansion joint
1. The quantity meets the regulations.
2. The gap distance should meet the theoretical expansion and contraction caused by the temperature difference at the installation site.
6、 Collector
1. The square steel frame is welded firmly, with a vertical tolerance of ± 3mm between the centerline and the sliding contact line.
2. The size of the square steel bracket and the sliding contact wire should ensure that the movable arm of the current collector is parallel to the main body of the sliding contact wire, with a tolerance of ± 3mm.
3. The collector and sliding contact line slide smoothly on the plane, meeting the specified pressure. (See next page for contact pressure gauge between collector brush and guide rail)
7、 Fasteners
The torque for tightening the nut should comply with the manufacturer's values. Values: M10-28NM, M8-12NM, M6-6.5NM
8、 Power supply incoming line
The incoming end should be firm and not subjected to tensile force.
