This machine consists of a crushing system, a dust removal system, and an electrical control system.

The motor drives the central vertical shaft through a V-belt. Make the frisbee spin at high speed. When the material passes through the frisbee, high-speed centrifugal motion is generated, which gives the material kinetic energy and high-speed ejection. The ejected material is crushed in the impact chamber. The continuous material enters the high-speed rotating frisbee along the central channel, filling the dead corners under the action of centrifugal force, forming a permanent material surface. On the one hand, the surface protects the frisbee from wear, and on the other hand, the material undergoes high-speed friction and collision between materials along this surface, and is ejected into the impact chamber, causing strong collisions between materials. At the same time, the impact inside the chamber forms a curved surface of the material, and the colliding material returns downwards along the curved surface, forming a secondary collision with the material thrown by the frisbee, and finally flowing out along the lower cavity.
