Deodorization system of sewage treatment plant_The spray deodorization system is to directly spray plant deodorant/biological deodorant on the odorous air to decompose the odor generating substances to achieve the purpose of deodorization. Advantages of spray deodorization system: less investment cost, no need for large equipment; Energy saving and environmentally friendly, with immediate deodorizing effect, specially suitable for outdoor or open occasions.
Mechanism of odor generation
Odor is felt because it transfers from liquid to gas, so the presence of odorous substances in wastewater and the conditions that promote substance transfer are two essential conditions for the formation of odor. Generally speaking, odors in sewage treatment systems can be divided into two categories: one is directly emitted from the sewage; The other type is the newly formed decomposition products of organic matter in sewage due to the biochemical reactions of microorganisms, which are closely related to the activity of anaerobic bacteria. In addition, due to the large gas-liquid surface of sewage treatment systems, as well as the turbulence of water flow, aeration and mixing equipment, various factors provide favorable conditions for the occurrence of odor.
The reasons for the generation of odors in various units of sewage treatment are as follows:
1) During long-distance transportation of sewage, due to turbulent water flow, odorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide contained in the wastewater are emitted at nodes such as manholes; In addition, the difference in sewage water level causes strong turbulence of the water flow and strong odor during the aeration process. At the same time, due to the accumulation of sludge in the collection tank, anaerobic bacteria can produce odorous substances such as H2S;
2) If there are odorous substances in the influent of the aeration sedimentation tank, or if the sewage is deficient in oxygen due to high organic load, a large amount of reducing odorous substances will be produced under the action of anaerobic bacteria, and the odorous gases in the water will evaporate and enter the atmosphere.
3) Wastewater biochemical treatment facilities generally use aerobic treatment. At this time, the emission of odorous gases may not account for a large proportion, but in the case of insufficient aeration or residence time and anaerobic conditions, anaerobic processes occur, resulting in a significant increase in the amount of odorous gases emitted.
4) The processes of sludge concentration and dehydration result in anaerobic environments due to the prolonged residence time of sludge, leading to the generation of foul odors. In addition, processes such as sludge concentration, filtration, and centrifugal separation can cause the emission of odorous gases due to turbulence.
What are the hazards of odor?
There are numerous odorous substances and their sources are widely distributed. People are inevitably exposed to foul odors in their daily lives. People who are exposed to high concentrations of foul odor or have been exposed to foul odor for a long time will clearly feel the adverse effects of foul odor on the human body. This is manifested in:
1) Harmful to the respiratory system, when a person smells a foul odor, it can cause reflexive inhibition of breathing and even hold their breath, hindering normal respiratory function.
2) Harmful to the digestive system, frequent exposure to foul odors can cause loss of appetite, anorexia, nausea, and even vomiting, leading to decreased digestive function.
3) Harm to the circulatory system, pulse and blood pressure changes may occur with changes in breathing. Ammonia can cause blood pressure to first decrease and then increase, while hydrogen sulfide can hinder oxygen delivery, leading to hypoxia in the body.
4) Harming the endocrine system, nervous system, and affecting mental state, frequent exposure to foul odors can cause dysfunction of the endocrine system, leading to dysfunction of the regulation of cortical excitation and inhibition in the brainIn addition to the harm to human health, odor pollution can also affect the growth and yield of animals and plants.
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection among people, the issue of airtightness in sewage treatment facilities is receiving more and more attention, and more and more sewage treatment facilities are implementing airtightness in various ways. Reduce the odor impact of sewage treatment plants Low. The spray dedusting system of Angshi Sewage Plant is a dedusting equipment developed for outdoor or open sewage treatment plants.
Principle of deodorization system in sewage treatment plant
Deodorization system of sewage treatment plantIt is the use of our company's core water treatment technology to extract deodorizing drugs or disinfectants from tap water and plants. The water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump driven by a motor and sprayed out through a specially designed stainless steel pipeline and atomizing nozzle, achieving an aerosol effect. Mist particles rapidly vaporize and adsorb and decompose pollutants, achieving multiple effects such as deodorization, disinfection, dust removal, and cooling. They can also remove trace solid dust in the air and increase air cleanliness. Control the operation and stop of the motor through an electrical control system. Micro fog deodorization system is widely used for odor removal, deodorization, disinfection, mosquito repellent, etc. in garbage dumps and breeding farms!
Deodorization system of sewage treatment plantSystem features
Fine fog: The micro fog nozzle can generate 5 billion fog droplets per second, with a diameter of only 3-10um. They quickly evaporate in the air, spread quickly, and have an immediate deodorizing effect.
Dust removal: Atomization has a certain adsorption function for toxic and harmful dust and smoke, which falls by gravity.
Energy saving: Atomizing 1 kilogram of water only requires 6W of electricity, which is one tenth of centrifugal atomization equipment.
Reliable:Deodorization system of sewage treatment plantThe host adopts an imported industrial plunger pump, which can operate continuously for 24 hours.
hygiene:Deodorization system of sewage treatment plantThe water is sealed and non reusable, which will not cause bacterial growth.
Spray volume: spray volume is large and can be combined freely.Deodorization system of sewage treatment plantThe output flow rate of the pump station ranges from 100kg/h to 3000kg/h, and the fog head can be configured arbitrarily within the flow range.
