This oil filter includes the following functional features:

1）Filtering and dehydration functions, removing emulsified water, free water, and impurities from the corresponding oil products;

2）Filter the oil separately and use it as a fuel dispenser; Its working principle is that the oil flows through a specially designed filter element, and gradually narrows along the flow direction through a gradient pore structure from the surface to the inside of the filter element, layer by layer intercepting pollutants of different sizes, thereby improving the service life and filtration efficiency of the filter element.

The oil first passes through a pre filter to filter out coarser particulate pollutants in the oil, protecting the safe operation of the pump. The filter element of the coarse and fine filters is made of glass fiber material with high filtration accuracy, which filters out fine particulate pollutants in the oil. After passing through the coarse filter, the oil enters the coalescence separator. In the coalescence separator, the oil undergoes four processes of filtration, coalescence, settling, and separation to achieve the function of filtering out pollutants and removing water. The water that settles in the collection tank is discharged through the drain valve on the collection tank, and then filtered again through a fine filter before entering the oil tank (oil pool).

Multiple pressure gauges and pressure controllers are installed before and after each level of filter to constantly check the filtration and dehydration effect, as well as monitor the pressure and filter element blockage of each level of filter in the monitoring device.

Another function of this device is that it can be used as a fuel dispenser without passing through a coalescence separator, only after passing through the front-end filtration, coarse filtration, and fine filtration.
