Direct coupled self-priming sewage pump is a direct coupled self-priming non clogging sewage pump that integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge. It adopts an axial reflux external mixing type and, through the design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, can suction and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities without the need for bottom valves and irrigation water like general self-priming water pumps. It is suitable for municipal sewage engineering, river pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, and chemical industries

Scope of application of direct connected self-priming sewage pump

1. The ambient temperature is ≤ 50 ℃, the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and special requirements can be set at 200 ℃.

2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.

3. Medium weight not exceeding 1240 kg/M³

4. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is 10 meters.

5. The suspended particle diameter is 60% of the pump diameter and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter.
