Dongying Polyurethane Insulation Pipe Factory's prefabricated polyurethane direct buried insulation pipes have good mechanical and thermal insulation properties. They can withstand high temperatures of up to 120 ℃ under normal circumstances, and can withstand high temperatures of up to 180 ℃ through modification or combination with other insulation materials. They are suitable for insulation projects of various cold and hot water high and low temperature pipelines.

The main components of the insulation pipe are:
1. Working steel pipe: According to the technical requirements of the conveying medium, welded steel pipes with seams, seamless steel pipes, and double-sided submerged arc spiral welded steel pipes are used.
2. Insulation layer: rigid polyurethane foam.
3. Protective shell: Made of high-density polyethylene or fiberglass.
4 Leakage alarm line: When manufacturing prefabricated polyurethane buried insulation pipes, an alarm line is buried in the insulation layer near the steel pipe. Once a leakage occurs in a certain part of the pipeline, the transmission of the alarm line can trigger an alarm on the detection instrument and display the accurate location and degree of the leakage, so as to notify maintenance personnel to quickly deal with the leaking pipe section and ensure the safe operation of the heating network.

Internal working steel pipe+polyurethane foam layer (or other insulation materials)+polyethylene outer protective pipe (including black jacket pipe and yellow jacket pipe, other outer protective pipe materials can also be selected). The three are closely connected.
The production sequence is as follows: fix the inner working steel pipe; Binding and fixing brackets (wooden brackets, plastic brackets, etc.) for the outer protective pipe on the working steel pipe; It is advisable to gradually insert the polyethylene outer protective pipe corresponding to the working steel pipe from one end to reserve 15-20 cm of welding parts at both ends of the working pipe; Then fix the gap between the working steel pipes at both ends and the outer protective pipe (the gap is the thickness of the insulation layer) with a pre made welding flange; After fixing the flanges at both ends, calculate the required amount of polyurethane material and start the polyurethane foaming machine to pour the raw materials (the pouring density should be determined according to the actual situation, and the pouring amount should generally be between 50-70kg/m3, which can also be determined according to engineering design requirements). After pouring the material, remove the flanges fixed at both ends and wrap the exposed polyurethane foam layer on both ends with polyester film to protect the material from damage caused by external factors, and also facilitate on-site installation and welding in the later stage. After completion, the finished pipe is finished.
