Structure and working principle

The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcement basket, and the liquid can permeate through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate. Impurities particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient for replacing filter bags, and there is basically no material consumption in filtration.
This device has many advantages such as reasonable construction, good sealing, strong circulation ability, and easy operation. Especially the probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, which can ensure the filtration accuracy correctly and quickly replace the filter bag, reducing the operating cost. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are mechanically sandblasted and polished, which is uniform and easy to clean. We know that the filtering method adopted by bag filters is the side in and side out method, or the side in and bottom out method. The filtered liquid medium is pressed or drawn into the filter barrel through the pressure in the pipeline. The liquid medium to be filtered is filtered by the filter bag supported by the filter blue through electric polishing punching, and the changed solid and liquid reach the result of filtering the liquid medium separately.
The structural design of the device is to use four sets of pendulum type ring head bolts to tighten the top cover and filter cartridge, making the filter more capable of withstanding filtering pressure and water hammer pressure impact. The bag filter consists of three parts: filter cartridge, filter basket, and filter bag, with a compact and simple structure; The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter and flows into the filter bag. After being intercepted by the filter bag, it flows out through the outlet of the filter. The inlet and outlet design of bag filters generally adopts a side in and bottom out method, which is convenient for cleaning.
