1. Structure and Principle
Self cleaning brush filter for circulating waterThe internal structure consists of a stainless steel filter screen, stainless steel wire brush, and transmission components. It is automatically cleaned and discharged by a transmission motor and an electric valve. The operation mode is automatic (or manual), with dual functions of pressure difference and timed automatic discharge. The automation part adopts the reliable PLC programmable controller in the world today.
When the water flows through the filter, impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen. The accumulation of impurities on the surface of the filter screen increases, causing the pressure difference to reach 0.04 Mpa. The pressure difference switch sends a signal, and the PLC sends a command to start the transmission motor and open the drain valve. The impurities deposited in the filter screen are brushed down by the rotating brush and discharged from the drain outlet. The entire brushing and discharging process does not require personnel operation or shutdown. At the same time, the device also has scheduled cleaning and manual cleaning functions to ensure that water is discharged in any situation.

There are two control modes for the cleaning of fully automatic brush filters: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: Automatic control has two methods: timing and pressure difference. Set the filtering time on the filtering timer. When the filtering time is up, start the sewage discharge, and the sewage discharge time is set by the sewage discharge time timer; At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the user set pressure difference in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter also cleans and discharges, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. When the discharge time is up, stop cleaning and the system will return to its initial state, preparing for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Turn the manual/automatic selection switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will be discharged.
