1、 Product Usage:
FSType crushing grille is a combination of traditional grille and garbage crusher, which can effectively crush garbage and debris in sewage, such as leaves, plastic bags, wood, food residues, and other debris in sewage and rainwater, while ensuring high flow rate. The diameter of the crushed particles is smaller than10mmIt enters the subsequent treatment process together with sewage, without the need for grid slag removal, providing a prerequisite for unmanned pumping stations and no odor. The crushing type grille realizes the closed design of the pump station, bridging the process from manual operation to full automation, and creating favorable conditions for the realization of a truly underground pump station.
2、 Working principle and structure:
The crushing type grid cleaning machine consists of a dual-purpose explosion-proof motor, gearbox, side plate, transmission shaft, cutting blade, vertical drum, seal, installation bracket, overflow grid, submersible cable, electrical control box, spare manual grid, etc. After the motor is started, the blades and the vertical drum rotate at different speeds simultaneously. Solid floating objects in the sewage enter the drum area and are intercepted by the rotating mesh and sent to the cutting area. The two sets of differential rotating blades quickly perform axial and radial cutting, crushing them into6-10mmThe small particles, most of the other sewage and small particles directly pass through the drum area and flow away together with the crushed small particles pumped by the water pump.
