The equipment has a water inlet method, which intercepts and removes the sewage after it enters the grille, preventing it from being carried back into the grille and achieving the desired treatment effect.

working principle

It mainly consists of the driving device, frame, traction chain, mesh board with lifting ladder, flushing system, and electrical control cabinet. The rack is installed in the center of the grid channel, and the gap between the two sides of the rack and the grid channel is the channel for the filtered water from the grid. Diversion baffles are arranged on both sides of the upstream end of the rack and between the channel wall, which can prevent sewage from entering the downstream directly from the pre filter while guiding the flow. There is a water inlet opening at the lower part of the rack, and its opposite side is a closed end. The sewage flows into the machine through the inlet and exits through the two side mesh plates, and then flows into the rear channel of the machine through the two side outlet channels. The drive motor is installed on the positive output shaft of the frame. The two side mesh plates are driven by the transmission chain to extract the dirt trapped within their length range from bottom to top. When it reaches the upper part, it automatically completes the unloading work through the steering function of the sprocket and the flushing water of the top mounted flushing device. The slag water is discharged into the slag collection groove between the two side mesh plates and then flows out of the machine by itself.
