The two-stage series Roots blower is a new generation product designed and developed for high-pressure and high flow applications. Compared with high-speed centrifugal fans and multi-stage centrifugal fans, it has the advantages of no surge, no stall, strong adaptability to working conditions, low investment cost, and low energy consumption.

Application scope:

Widely used in industries such as ceramics, building materials, papermaking, electricity, petroleum, chemical, textile, aquaculture, sewage treatment, and food as pneumatic conveying systems.

Transport medium:

Used to transport air and various neutral gases. But it is not suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive gases. Transporting gas is not contaminated by oil.

Performance characteristics:

1. The two-stage three blade Roots blower has high volumetric efficiency, large gas supply, stable operation, reliable use, and relatively stable working characteristics.

2. The impeller and shaft are an integral structure with no wear on the impeller. The performance of the fan remains unchanged and can operate continuously for a long time.

3. Forced gas transmission, with small changes in flow rate with pressure, outlet pressure determined by back pressure, and gas transmission not contaminated by oil.

4. The selection of bearings is relatively reasonable, and the service life of each bearing is uniform. In addition, the fan oil seal is made of imported fluororubber material, which is high temperature resistant and wear-resistant, so the fan has a long service life and high reliability.

5. The fan has a high utilization rate of volume, high volume efficiency, simple and compact structure, and flexible and versatile installation methods. Easy to use and maintain.

6. Due to the adoption of a three bladed rotor structure and a reasonable structure at the inlet and outlet of the casing, the fan has low vibration and noise. Pressure and temperature control, providing unit operation protection.
