Firstly, when users install negative pressure fans, the manufacturer and supplier of the negative pressure fan must ensure that the machine is installed smoothly. So, during installation, it is important to pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan, adjust it to be level with the foundation plane, and ensure its stability. After installation, it is also necessary to check whether the motor has any tilting phenomenon.

Secondly, regarding the installation of adjusting bolts, it is advisable to place them in a convenient position for easy operation, which is beneficial for adjusting the tension of the belt.

Thirdly, when installing the bracket, it should also be kept level with the foundation plane and stabilized. If necessary, the negative pressure fan can be reinforced by installing angle iron next to the negative pressure fan to ensure a firm installation of the machine.

Fourthly, conduct a thorough inspection of the sealing performance of the entire machine. After the installation of the entire machine is completed, the sealing around it should be checked. If the negative pressure fan is found to have poor sealing or gaps, it should be sealed with a sun panel or glass glue to ensure good sealing of the entire machine.
