The integration of dust removal, desulfurization, and removal of harmful gases refers to the completion of dust removal, desulfurization, and removal of harmful gases in the same process of flue gas. This technology achieves this process through the improvement and innovation of bag filter technology. Therefore, we call it the integrated bag filter technology of dust removal, desulfurization, and removal. Named after this, people can vividly understand that this technology adds the functions of desulfurization and removal of harmful gases on the basis of bag filters, or understands the use of bag filters with desulfurization and removal of harmful gases. This integrated bag filter technology retains all the technical features of bag filters in terms of performance. Considering that bag filters have been widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, non-metallic minerals, and grain; We will no longer provide a detailed introduction to the technical principles of dust collection, but will focus on the relevant desulfurization and harmful gas removal technologies.
As a high efficient process of removing the noxious gas containted in fume, the dry process system adopts the utilised scheme to simplify the system, cuts cost as well as decreases the error rate. By improving the dedusing technics can we realized the aforementioned process, that’s why we call it dry process system of hazardous gas. Given that the bag filter has been widely used in buliding material, chemical industry, metaluygy,non-metallic mineral and food industry,ect. We will put the emphas is on its noxious gas removal techniques instead of expanding on its technical principles.
The harmful substances in the exhaust gas of garbage incinerators and the sulfur in coal from coal-fired boilers mainly exist in the form of sulfur dioxide after combustion. This gaseous sulfur dioxide and harmful gases cannot be collected and captured by any other type of dust collector. This technology achieves desulfurization and removal of harmful gases by spraying hydrated lime powder and reaction aids into flue gas containing dust, sulfur dioxide, and harmful gases. Sulfur dioxide, harmful gases, and hydrated lime undergo chemical reactions with the assistance of reaction aids to form solid calcium sulfateCaSO4)Like other attachments, it adheres to dust or condenses into fine particles, which are collected together with the dust by a bag filter.
The noxious gas contained in the tail gas out of garbage incinerator and coal burning boiler is collected by bag filter with japanese techniques, This technology can achieve desulfuration and harmness gas through ejecting slaked lime dry power and reaction auxiliary agent to fult gas, sulfur dioxide and harmful gas.harmful gas and slake lime carry chemical reaction adequay,forming solidastate calcium sulfate and and other attachments, which will either adhere to stive or coacervate into nice granule and finally been absorbed.
The dosage of hydrated lime powder and additives is determined by the content of sulfur dioxide and harmful gases in the flue gas. A multi-component gas automatic measuring device is installed during the process to ensure the economic efficiency of the dosage of dry powder and reaction additives. Lime powder and reaction additives are stored in their respective storage tanks, and the dosage is controlled by an automatic regulating device.
Dos of slaked lime dry powder and reaction assistant is up to the quantity of noxious gas, there are groups of sub-gas automatic tester which ensures economic usage of dry powder and reaction auxiliary agents. Slaked lime dry powder and reaction auxiliary agents is desposited in stock tank respectively and the input amout is controlled by automatic tester.

This processing technology realized the function of bag dust remover which consider the needs of both solid-gas and gas-gas separation,meanwhile, it also provides the national tail gas treatment of incinerator and coal boiler with international advanced professional disposal equipment.
Structural innovation: The design concept is to product new type bag filter through structural innovation at the basis of notchanging the filter’s original priniple and dust removal efficiency.
Processing technology innovation:The current semi-drying process could cause secondary water pollution and system scale plugging, while the drying method we are adopting now can overcome such defects.
