1. The motor of the dosing metering pump is controlled by a frequency converter. At this time, another one should be used (one in use and one as backup), and the fault should be reset according to the instructions.

2. During the use of the level gauge, the material becomes damp and adheres to the material, which in turn affects the effectiveness of use on the surface of the level switch. The dosing device should be checked regularly and wiped (it is recommended to do it once per shift).

3. The electrical components inside the control cabinet are prohibited from entering water. During normal use, the cabinet door should be tightly closed and the control cabinet should not be rinsed with water. Otherwise, it will damage electrical components.

4. Due to the strong corrosiveness of chemicals, all mechanical components in contact with the chemicals should be regularly inspected and replaced in a timely manner.

Polymer coagulants are prepared in batches using powder input and blending. Complete supply.

(1) When preparing the powder, a precise variable frequency single screw feeder is used to add the powder in proportion to water, fully moisten it, and avoid clumping. The precise dosage is then fed into a PVC stainless steel dissolution tank equipped with a stirrer to produce a 0.2-0.5% polyacrylamide solution, which is then placed into the maturation tank. After maturation, it enters the storage tank and is directly added by a dosing pump or diluted to about 0.1% by an online dilution device (including mixer, solenoid valve, flow meter, one-way valve, globe valve, etc.) before being sent to the dosing point through a pipeline.

All equipment containers, valves, instruments, pipelines, fittings, and other materials used in the preparation of the coagulant aid system should be corrosion-resistant.
