The PAM dosing device used in chemical plants adopts an electromechanical integrated structure, which can be divided into fixed and mobile (cart type) installation. Each form of dosing device is equipped with a stirring system, dosing system, and automatic control system.

Firstly, the medicine is fed into the quantitative powder feeder, which sends the medicine (dry powder) to the high-efficiency injection system with a tangent disperser and nozzle for early dissolution. Then it enters the prefabricated box. At this point, the automatic water distribution system starts to inject water into the prefabricated box in proportion. The medicine and water enter the prefabricated box at a ratio of 1:200-2000 (depending on the actual situation) at the same time. After first level stirring in the prefabricated box, they flow automatically to the maturation box. After second level stirring in the maturation box, they flow automatically to the solution box. At this point, the medicine has been fully dissolved in water and can be used.

1. Connect the power supply to the control box of the PAM flocculant preparation system.
2. Check the motor operation status of the feeding tank and mixer, and the selection switch must be switched to the manual control position.
3. Turn the selection switch to the automatic position, and the entire system will start running. Please note that the entire system will only start operating when the pressure switch reading is slightly higher than the adjustment value (kg/cm2).
4. Observe whether a water film is formed in the material mixer funnel of the PAM flocculant preparation system.
5. Fill the storage funnel with PAM powder.
6. If one of the motors has a problem, the fault light on the control box will light up.
7. Only when the liquid level reaches the (high liquid level) position, the dosing work will immediately stop.
It can be divided into three categories
1. Oilfield dosing device. Mainly used for injecting various chemicals such as coagulants, scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers, etc. into the wellhead and other systems on the platform during oil extraction.
2. Boiler dosing device. It can be used for adding ammonia and hydrazine to boiler feedwater, condensate, shutdown protection, and adding phosphate to steam boilers. It is mainly used in power plants and power stations.
3. Water treatment dosing device. Add chemicals to tap water, wastewater, and sewage during the water treatment process. Mainly used for processes related to water supply and drainage treatment, environmental protection, etc. Such as waterworks, hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, etc.
