Installation direction of clutch bearing electromagnetic clutch: No need for centering, directly installed on the shaft. Since the stator and rotor are integrated, they can be directly installed on the shaft. The rotor is fixed to the direction of rotation by keys, and the bearings are fastened by washers to prevent axial rotation. The fixing of the stator requires only a small rotational force generated by the friction of the supporting bearings, which can prevent the stator from rotating and protect the wires. It can be fixed to the stationary parts of the machine, and the stator bracket should be gently and firmly fixed in the axial direction.

1. It is necessary to clear the grease on the friction surface, which can be cleaned with acetone, alcohol, etc;
2. Never pull or bend the lead wire with force;
3. Do not collide, fall or forcefully install, otherwise it may cause deformation and affect use;
4. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to forcefully insert the flange. When using H7/h6, a dedicated installation sleeve should be used to prevent flange deformation, and it can be easily installed;
5. During installation, it is not only necessary to ensure the perpendicularity of the magnetic mounting surface to the shaft, but also to use H7/h6 for the flange and shaft coordination, and to do a good job of axial positioning. At the same time, the gap shown in the diagram should be ensured, and the fastening screw of falan (A) should be coated with anti loosening glue before being screwed in.
