The working principle of friction electromagnetic clutch: using friction plates as the transmission connection medium, the separation and engagement of the transmission are controlled by direct current. It can achieve the purpose of separation and suction actions during high-speed rotation.
Our friction type electromagnetic clutch is based on the TL-A type, which is equipped with a V-type pulley. The pulley is connected to the armature and fastened more conveniently to the driving device (such as the motor), and an imported bearing is used on the pulley device. It can be disconnected or pulled in while the motor is still working, which facilitates the starting and service life of the motor.
The installation precautions are as follows:
1. The coaxiality of the clutch master and slave parts shall not exceed 0.1mm.
2. The friction plate and armature surface must be free of oil stains and must be kept clean.
3. The master/slave side of the clutch must be fixed, and there must be no axial movement. At the same time, the working air gap "δ" must be ensured.
4. The shaft hole and shaft accuracy that cooperate with the clutch are H8/h7.
