The branch can reach 160A and remote control can be achieved according to user requirements. Monitoring devices such as signal lights, voltmeters, and ammeters can also be installed according to requirements;

C Multi channel voltage reduction starting distribution type

Place the explosion-proof voltage reduction starter box in the protective cabinet to achieve infrequent voltage reduction starting of three-phase squirrel cage motors with AC 50Hz, voltage of 380V, and circuit capacity of 95kW or less. It has protection functions such as short circuit, phase loss, and overcurrent blocking, and can be controlled manually, automatically, and remotely;

D Measurement, monitoring and control type

By installing various explosion-proof electric meters or secondary instruments, various physical measurements and monitoring of parameters, pressure, temperature, etc. in the circuit can be achieved;

Due to improper selection of AC contactor capacity during manufacturing, AC contactors of the same capacity were installed for different outgoing circuits, and the imbalance of three-phase loads was not taken into account. 1. Before installation, check whether the data matches the actual usage situation;

2. Check all fasteners for looseness, and tighten them if there is any looseness;

3. The internal and external grounding of the junction box must be good and reliable;

4. During installation, the cable should be threaded through the sealing ring, metal washer, and tightened with a compression nut to ensure that the seal and cable are not loose. Unused wiring ports should be sealed with sealing rings and metal washers;

5. During maintenance and inspection, the power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover.
