Overview
Dust free paper has excellent physical properties, such as high elasticity, softness, good hand feel, and drape. It has excellent water absorption and water retention, and is widely used in hygiene and nursing products, special products, industrial wiping products, and other fields.
Product Details

dust-free paperAirlaidPaper is divided into series M-30604060606090709, also known as Airlaidpulpnonnonwoven, which is a type of dry nonwoven fabric. It has * physical properties, manifested as high elasticity, softness, good hand feel, and hanging sensation. It has * water absorption and good water retention performance, and is widely used in hygiene and nursing products, special products, industrial wiping products, and other fields.

From its English name, it can be seen thatdust-free paperThe two main characteristics of the product are: firstly, the raw material is wood pulp fiber; The second is to use air flow networking technology. The production process of non-woven fabrics mainly consists of two processes: web forming and reinforcement. The production of dry papermaking nonwoven fabrics mainly adopts two methods: chemical bonding and thermal bonding. According to their different reinforcement processes, their raw materials and uses vary, which will be introduced separately below.
Purpose:

High precision manufacturing industries such as semiconductor production lines, chips, microprocessors, semiconductor assembly lines, disk drives, composite materials, LCD display products, circuit board production lines, precision instruments, optical products, aviation industry, PCB products, medical equipment, laboratories, clean rooms, and production lines.

Production method:

Chemical adhesion method

The chemical bonding method uses 99% wood pulp fibers as raw materials. The fibers are opened into a single fiber state and then air flows to form a web. The water-soluble adhesive is sprayed onto the surface of the web by spraying, and then baked and reinforced into fabric. The main uses of the product are industrial wipes, women's hygiene products, baby wipes, tablecloths, wet wipes, and cooking cloths.
Hot adhesion method
The hot bonding method is to mix hot melt fibers into wood pulp fibers, with a mixing ratio generally not less than 15%. After forming a web through air flow, the low melting point fibers in the web are melted by hot air or hot rolling to reinforce the web into fabric. Hot bonded non-woven fabrics, which do not contain chemical adhesives, have better fluffiness and moisture absorption properties. They are mainly used as absorbent cores for high absorbency sanitary products, thin women's sanitary napkins, etc. Based on this purpose, some production lines are equipped with high absorption resin (SAP) powder application devices. Due to the addition of polymer water absorbing resin, it can turn water into a solid after absorbing water, greatly improving its water absorption capacity.
