The dust rapid analyzer is available in two forms: wired station and wireless station. The working principle of the dust rapid analyzer mainly includes the following:
Principle of light absorption: A certain volume of dusty air is extracted by an air pump, and the dust is trapped on the filter paper. The light beam passes through the filter paper and shines on the silicon photovoltaic cell. The change in the received illumination of the silicon photovoltaic cell will cause a change in the output current intensity. Within a certain range, the amount of dust retained by the filter paper is linearly related to the output current of the silicon photovoltaic cell, which is converted into dust concentration through the calculation program set in the detector and displayed.
Principle of light scattering: The laser emitted by the laser diode forms a thin layer surface light source through a lens group, and when it is irradiated on the aerosol flowing through the sensor room, scattering occurs. The photodetector detects the scattered light intensity and generates an electrical signal, which is proportional to the mass concentration of the aerosol. Then multiply by the voltage calibration coefficient (obtained by measuring specific concentrations of aerosols) to obtain the dust concentration.
Principle of beta rays: When the beta rays generated by the radioactive source inside the detector pass through dust particles, the dust particles will absorb the beta rays. According to the linear relationship between the amount of beta rays absorbed by dust and the quality of dust, the dust concentration can be calculated and displayed.
Principle of electrostatic induction in communication: When dust particles flow through the probe, dynamic charge induction between them generates a signal. Monitor the standard deviation of the charge signal to determine the disturbance of the AC signal, and determine the dust emission based on the magnitude of the instantaneous disturbance.
