The industrial dust meter is a 24-hour outdoor visual environmental monitoring system independently developed by our company. The instrument is equipped with a high-sensitivity sensor with a resolution of 0.1 μ g/m ³, an accuracy of ≤± 5%, and supports 24-hour continuous monitoring and data storage. Built in explosion-proof design and IP65 protection level, suitable for flammable, explosive and dusty environments. Connected to the DCS system via 4-20mA, RS485, or wireless transmission, it can automatically start and stop dust removal equipment (such as bag filters and electrostatic precipitators) through linkage.

The monitoring terminal of the industrial dust analyzer system consists of total suspended particulate matter (TSP), PM10, and PM2.5 monitoring modules, meteorological parameter meters, noise acquisition modules, and data acquisition and processing systems. The data is remotely transmitted to the information monitoring management platform and other access terminals through cloud technology, with two transmission methods: wired and wireless, and retains scalability.
