Dust removal pulse controller

The dust removal pulse controller is the main control device of the pulse bag filter jet cleaning system. Its output drives the electromagnetic pulse valve, which in turn controls the compressed air to sequentially blow and clean the filter bag, keeping the operating resistance of the dust collector within the set range, and improving the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

The controller outputs a driving voltage of one bit each time, and the duration of one driving voltage is called the pulse width. The interval time between two adjacent output driving voltages is called the pulse interval. The time required for the controller to complete the driving output of the solenoid valve for all positions is called the pulse cycle. The pause time between two pulse cycles is called the cycle interval.

Set the cycle interval, pulse interval, and pulse width parameters of the pulse controller according to the cleaning requirements of the dust collector, and ensure that the operating resistance of the dust collector is within the set range.

Functions of dust removal pulse controller:

1. According to the cleaning requirements, the cycle interval, pulse interval, and pulse width can be adjusted to control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic pulse valve, and to implement timed cleaning of the dust collector. At the same time, there is an input contact for the differential pressure control instrument, which can be connected to the differential pressure control instrument for constant pressure cleaning.

2. The light-emitting diodes on the circuit board display the working sequence of the electromagnetic pulse valve in sequence. The "manual" button on the printed circuit board can sequentially check the working condition of the electromagnetic pulse valve. If you hold down the 'Hand in' button, you can lock the automatic carry.

3. The digital display on the circuit board can show the timing time during operation and the parameter values during parameter setting.

4. The use of integrated circuits simplifies the circuit, saves components, and improves the stability and performance of the controller.

5. Adopting a fully sealed alloy shell, it has a beautiful appearance and good dust resistance. There are knock off holes around and at the bottom for wiring, which can adapt to wiring in all directions and are easy to install.

Working principle of dust removal pulse controller:

The dust removal pulse controller uses half of the dual time base circuit CH7556 as a non steady state multi harmonic oscillator to generate adjustable pulse signals with a period of 1-99 seconds; The other half serves as a monostable circuit to complete a series of logical functions such as counting, decoding, and pulse distribution. The pulse width signal set by each output terminal of the circuit is then output to the electronic switch (VMOS circuit) to control the opening of the electromagnetic pulse valve, blow compressed air, and display the blowing sequence through a digital tube.
