The electric globe valve consists of an electric actuator and a globe valve. The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions. Valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of media. They are generally not used for regulation because the unbalanced force during regulation is too large, which can cause severe erosion of the valve core. Suitable for high-pressure applications such as water supply and drainage, petrochemicals, metallurgy, etc.
Electric flange globe valveWorking Principle:
The reverse seal of the electric globe valve is made of threaded connection sealing seat or welded austenitic stainless steel body, with reliable sealing. The replacement of packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast, and does not affect the operation of the system.
Equipped with a multi turn electric device, it has a small housing, light weight, full functions, and can be used with remote computers. It can also be optionally equipped with an electric device according to user requirements. Product Features:
The opening or closing stroke of the valve stem is relatively short, and it has a very reliable cutting action.
In the fully open state, there is no longer contact between the valve seat and the sealing surface of the valve disc, and the mechanical wear of the sealing surface is less.
It can be installed at any position in the pipeline, with the medium flowing from bottom to top.
Stainless steel globe valves are suitable for pipelines with various corrosive media, and have good corrosion resistance and sufficient strength.
