Features:
1. The sensing system adopts the world-renowned sensor manufacturer Weishi Quan Sensor from the United States. The sensor has high accuracy, good linearity, and very stable performance, and will not change for decades.
2. The power system adopts Panasonic AC servo motors from Japan, ensuring synchronous accuracy of transmission. It has the characteristics of high transmission accuracy, high efficiency, smooth transmission, low noise, and long service life without maintenance. The high-precision ball screw is driven by an imported motor and adopts full digital pulse control to achieve a wide range of adjustment of test speed from 0.001 to 500mm/min, completing tensile, compression, bending, bending and other tests on metal and non-metal materials.
3. The gauge length measurement system adopts the Taiwan, China high-precision large deformation extensometer measurement device, which is matched with the rubber and plastic material measurement and control software to accurately test the elongation of the rubber gauge length of "25mm". Replacing the traditional machine with a ruler for measurement and the complex process of manual calculation, it has improved work efficiency.
