The installation of enamel water tanks in the actual production process of enamel inner liners may result in many different defects due to the use of various raw materials and different production processes in enamel water tank factories. The following aspects have a significant impact: steel plate is the material that affects the enamel inner liner. The quality of steel plates should be selected according to the requirements of forming (deformation, welding, etc.), coating process, and enamel products. The expansion coefficient of enamel is 32x10 negative seventh power. The carbon content of the selected board shall not exceed 0.08%. Manganese exists in steel, causing changes in its yield and strength, while reducing its elongation properties. Therefore, the higher the manganese content, the greater the required deformation force. For carbon steel, silicon and manganese are both residues of deoxidizers during smelting. Steel plates with silicon content below 0.37% can generally undergo deep drawing processing, but beyond this value, even steel with low carbon content will become hard and brittle, making it unsuitable for deep drawing processing and affecting its adhesion performance.

Precautions for use:

The diameter and position of the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, and overflow pipe of the water tank are determined by the design;

2. There should be no less than 600mm channels around the water tank for enamel water tank repair, and the bottom and top of the tank should be no less than 500mm.

3. During installation, the connection gaps around the bottom of the box and between the bottom standards should be located on the supports.

4. Water injection test: Close the water outlet and discharge pipes, open the water inlet pipe, and fill it until it is full. If there is no water leakage after 24 hours, it is considered qualified. Full water tank experiment, no leakage within 24 hours;
