LCZ8030-B4 series explosion-proof and anti-corrosion operating column (Ⅱ C) product features
1. An increased safety shell with explosion-proof components inside.
2. The shell is made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, which has excellent properties such as beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, anti-static, impact resistance, and good thermal stability.
3. Explosion proof control switches have a compact structure, good reliability, small size, strong switching ability, long service life, and multiple functions for users to choose from. The explosion-proof button adopts ultrasonic packaging technology to ensure reliable bonding strength. The button adopts a modular design, and its function can be freely combined into two units. The explosion-proof indicator light adopts a special design and is universal for AC 220V~380V.
4. The shell and cover can be fitted with hinges for easy use and maintenance. Please specify when placing an order.

2. Specify in detail the quantity and specifications of switches, buttons, indicator lights, and ammeters in each unit.
2.1 Switch: When selecting, refer to the various functions in the switch code to select the corresponding switch, indicate the code, and see page 264 for the switch code. If the user has special requirements, please clarify with our engineering and technical personnel before ordering and selecting. Our company can customize according to the requirements. For example, if the function code for the switch is K, it should be noted as K1-1K.
2.2 Indicator lights: When selecting, indicate the indicator light code based on the required color, voltage, and quantity of the indicator lights. For example, if two indicator lights, one red and one green, are selected with a voltage of 220V, then the note is D2-1Rd/1Gd; If both indicator lights are red 24V, then note D2-2Rd.
