Used in industries such as power, metallurgy, and chemical engineering, this machine is mainly used for turbine oil treatment in generator sets. It can quickly and effectively break emulsions, remove moisture and mechanical impurities from oil, improve oil quality, ensure the normal operation of unit regulation and lubrication systems, and extend the maintenance cycle of the unit. Online purification treatment of turbine oil during the operation of steam turbines, water turbines, gas turbines, and steam turbine generator units can break down, dehydrate, and remove harmful impurities from severely eroded and emulsified turbine oil, making the oil clear and transparent, and restoring its performance. It can also be used for hydraulic oil and other low viscosity lubricating oils that require the removal of a large amount of water and the filtration of impurities.

Features:

1. This machine integrates two functions: filtration and dehydration. Effectively breaking down all oil and water emulsion structures in the medium, separating free water from the medium, and reducing the free water content in the treated medium. Filtering out solid particles from the medium can improve the cleanliness of the oil, achieving NAS6-8 or higher.

2、 Working principle:

When the oil filter is working, the oil enters the filter under the action of the oil pump, filtering out metal filings and large particle impurities in the oil. After removing impurities, the oil enters the coalescence separation container and then enters the coalescence filter element. Due to the molecular structure of the coalescence filter element material, free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element. The oil passing through the coalescence filter will enter the separation filter located above. Due to the effect of gravity, larger water droplets in the oil have settled to the drainage device. However, there are still smaller water droplets that, under the action of inertia, accompany the oil upward until they reach the water separation filter. The water separation filter element is made of oleophilic and hydrophobic materials. When the oil passes through the water separation filter element, water droplets are blocked outside the filter element. The water droplets blocked outside the filter element gradually aggregate into large water droplets, which then settle into the drainage device at the lower part of the container due to gravity. When the water level reaches the designated position, the drainage valve is opened to manually drain the water. After passing through the water separation filter element, the oil enters the second and third filters to filter out fine impurities in the oil, which is the purified clean oil. The entire filtering process has been completed.
