main structure

The control box shell adoptsZL102 cast aluminum alloy is used to make the explosion-proof main chamber and wiring chamber. The main chamber is equipped with buttons, signal lights and other components, which can be operated through the operating mechanism and the handle of the shell, and have indicator lights displayed. There are wiring terminals connected to the main chamber in the wiring chamber, as well as cable entry devices and internal and external grounding screws.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Install and fix the control box, open the inlet and outlet chamber covers, connect the cables to the wiring terminals through the introduction device, connect the internal and external grounding wires, check for errors, close the cover, tighten with fasteners, and tighten the compression nut to seal the cables. After completion, it can be used.
The control box must not be disassembled at will. Before maintenance, the power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover. During maintenance, the explosion-proof surface must not be damaged. After maintenance, the explosion-proof joint surface should be coated with 204-1 anti rust oil, and the cover should be closed. The cover should be fastened with bolts before use.
