1、 Application scope
The FCK-851 series microcomputer measurement and control device is suitable for substation automation systems with voltage levels of 1000 kV and below. The FCK-851 series device for ultra-high voltage has a single AC current measurement accuracy of 0.1%.
2、 Main features
1. High precision measurement technology
♦ Adopt software dynamic compensation technology for the transmission error of secondary TA;
♦ Under normal conditions, the basic error of AC current remote measurement reaches 0.2% across the entire measurement range.
2. High reliability software and hardware design
♦ Adopting multiple CPUs and embedded RTOS;

♦ Separate input and output, separate strong and weak electricity; Good electromagnetic compatibility;

♦ Control: Switches, knife switches, etc. can be directly controlled through the main wiring diagram of the human-machine interface;
♦ Records: including remote signaling records, event records, alarm records, and operation records; Up to 400 entries can be saved in total;
♦ Communication: The measurement and control device is directly connected to Ethernet and shares network channels with other intelligent devices for data sharing across the entire station.

3、 Measurement and control function
1. Telemetry
By studying the amplitude error and phase error of the secondary TA transmission process, software dynamic compensation technology is used to ensure that the current and power meet the 0.2% accuracy requirement throughout the entire range.
2. Remote signaling
Remote signaling processing is divided into single point remote signaling and dual point remote signaling.
For important circuit breakers or knife switches, dual point remote signaling is used to indicate their status. The dual point remote signaling composed of two inputs has four states: 00, 01, 10, and 11. Among them, 01 and 10 correspond to the closed and open states of the dual point remote signaling, while 00 and 11 are invalid states. These four states comply with the definition in IEC60870-5-104 protocol
3. Remote control
Support three-level control of station control level, interval level measurement and control unit on-site, and on-site on-site. The priority order is: on-site control has the highest priority, measurement and control unit has the second priority, and station control level has the third priority.
In order to ensure the safety of the control outlet, the device not only provides closing and opening contacts with a common end, but also provides independent contacts to control the power supply for remote control, ensuring the reliability of remote control in case of device abnormalities. The device control output has four characteristics:
♦ The logical locking conditions corresponding to the control outlet can be edited;
♦ Real time calculation of logic locking conditions, collection of relevant information within the station, ensuring the real-time performance of logic locking;
♦ Remote control export can be configured with a dual CPU "start+export" mode;
♦ Provide independent contacts as power locks for controlling the outlet, ensuring the reliability of the outlet.
4. Remote adjustment
The device has the function of collecting and controlling the gears of three sets of transformers. The gear input form adopts BCD code. If the gear of the transformer is decimal code, a BCD code converter needs to be installed. In addition, the device has a sliding lock function.
5. Electricity measurement acquisition function
The device provides the function of collecting and calculating integrated electrical energy (up to 24 channels) or pulse electrical energy (up to 7 channels).
6. Event record
Up to 200 records can be recorded, and the device will not be lost in case of power failure.
7. GPS timing
Time synchronization mode: "data stream+pulse" mode or IRIG-B mode;
Pulse specification: DC 24V;
Time accuracy: ≤ 1 ms.
8. Device self diagnosis
It has a complete self checking function, which will issue an alarm signal when hardware abnormalities occur and determine whether to lock the outlet according to the severity. Based on the alarm information, the fault location of the device hardware can be quickly located, making it convenient to replace spare parts and quickly eliminate faults.
9. Simultaneous closing detection function
The selection of synchronization function is controlled by three soft pressure plates (no calibration, no pressure calibration, and synchronization calibration), which can be monitored in the background or remotely scheduled for on/off.
There are three operation modes for synchronous operation: remote synchronous, on-site synchronous, and manual synchronous.
Remote synchronous operation: Send a closing command from the backend monitoring or dispatch center.
Local synchronous operation: Close the circuit through the main wiring diagram on the device panel.
Hand contract period operation: Manually perform on-site closing operation, and trigger the synchronous discrimination function of the device through the hand contract period opening.
10. Anti misoperation logic locking function
The data used for the device logic locking function includes data collected in this interval and data from other interval measurement and control devices through the communication network. Data from other interval measurement and control devices is transmitted in real time through an open communication network. Each measurement and control device can obtain the necessary data for its logical locking in a timely manner, and apply this data to the control locking logic condition discrimination of this device, thereby achieving independent logical locking of the interval layer from the five prevention main station.
Data exchange: The network layer UDP communication protocol ensures real-time performance, while the application layer communication protocol ensures reliability. There are two mechanisms for data exchange:
♦ The device actively summons data from other interval level devices required for the locking logic of this device;
♦ After the data changes involved in logical interlocking, the interval layer device that directly collects it actively sends it to other devices that need the data.
For station control level control and on-site control of measurement and control units, the execution flowchart of control commands is followed. It should be noted that regardless of whether it is in an interlocking state or whether there are control commands, the logic locking function module operates in real-time.
For equipment such as knife switches or ground knives with electrical operating mechanisms, the measurement and control device provides a five proof logic local locking function for controlling the operation of the equipment. The power supply of the operated object is controlled by a pair of contacts of the device ("local locking contact", which is allowed to be maintained and should be an outlet contact that is not controlled by the starting contact). The state of the locking contact depends on the judgment result of the locking logic. The operation logic locking function module does not rely on remote control commands and runs independently and in real-time. The calculation results of the operation locking logic directly affect the actual state of the locking relay contacts.
11. TA and TV disconnection detection function
The device can be configured to determine the disconnection of TA and TV. If the user chooses to select this function, it can be implemented through configuration tools during the engineering design phase.
