1、 Overview:

The FIJS single-stage single suction cantilever chemical centrifugal pump is a new product optimized and designed based on the IH series pump, with reference to the latest foreign technology and combined with actual user use. Its rated performance and installation dimensions comply with the ISO2858 standard, and its manufacturing technical conditions comply with the ISO5662-85 standard. Previously, shielded pumps were used in key parts of hydrogen peroxide projects. However, after a period of use, the maintenance cost of shielded pumps was high and inconvenient, which caused a lot of trouble for some enterprises. Even parking was caused due to the lack of timely maintenance, resulting in certain economic losses for the enterprises. For this reason, our company's technical personnel have conducted thorough research and made another improvement for the hydrogen peroxide industry based on the CZ pump: the pump adopts three imported bearings and the pump shaft is thickened to maintain the stability of the pump first; Spray painted silicon carbide is used at the friction point between the pump shaft and the oil seal to increase strength, ensure no wear with the shaft, maintain no oil leakage, and ensure the service life of the shaft; The shaft sleeve is also made of spray painted silicon carbide to ensure that the shaft sleeve is never worn and to guarantee the service life of the machine seal; The pump body and overcurrent components have undergone strict pressure testing, acid washing, and passivation treatment; Create a protective film on the casting to ensure no leakage. At the same time, the pump adopts an advanced sealing structure, which is reliable in quality, easy to maintain, and low in cost. It is also an ideal pump to replace shielded pumps in the hydrogen peroxide industry, and has received unanimous praise from peers in practical use.
2、 Compared with IH pumps, the structure of FIJS chemical pumps has the following characteristics:;
