FU270 type chain conveyor

The FU270 chain conveyor is a new universal series product developed on the basis of the MS series buried scraper conveyor, drawing on and absorbing similar product technologies. It adheres to and enhances the excellent characteristics of the MS series buried scraper conveyor, such as flexible process layout, strong sealing, and strong universality, and has advantages such as traction and wear resistance.

The FU270 chain conveyor adopts a sleeve roller plate chain structure conveyor chain, alloy steel structure, standardized heat treatment, low friction coefficient, long service life, normal service life of the conveyor chain>2 years, and roller service life ≥ 3 years.

The upper and lower units of the FU270 chain conveyor are both made of guide rails (carefully crafted by Youcheng and detachable), with a balanced structure, greatly improving the service life of the entire machine structure, reaching more than 5 years.

The traction support on the transition section adopts a pulley structure, which reasonably adjusts the buffering and transition of the tension edge of the traction piece, enhancing the stability and performance of the equipment operation.
