The FYS corrosion-resistant submersible pump has a vertical structure, with the pump body and impeller partially immersed in the liquid, occupying a small area. The shaft seal has no leakage, making it suitable for conveying corrosive liquids with medium temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to 105 ℃. The pump should start in the direction indicated by the pump. Cannot run in reverse, the pump body must be submerged in liquid when starting. To prevent various problems caused by thermal expansion and contraction deformation, the connecting pipe of the pump is made of composite material (steel pipe with plastic coating inside and outside). The axial and radial forces generated by the operating center of the pump are borne by adjustable bearings, ensuring smooth operation and low noise. The lower part of the pump is equipped with a water bearing. For pumps with a depth of more than 1 meter, an intermediate water bearing is installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the pump.

Mainly solve the transportation problem of strongly corrosive media. The characteristic of this pump is a vertical structure, with the pump body and impeller partially submerged in liquid, occupying a small area. The shaft seal has no leakage phenomenon, making it suitable for transporting corrosive liquids. This pump can be selected according to explosion-proof and non explosion-proof areas. For use in explosion-proof areas, anti welding motors are configured, which are divided into three types of group models. When the usage conditions include various explosive mixtures, the highest group level should be selected. The pump should be started in the direction indicated by the pump and cannot be operated in reverse. When starting the pump, the pump body must be submerged in liquid.
